Care:
We will do our best to respond to your
problems promptly. Please call as early as possible in
the day, so that we may best accommodate you. For
dental concerns you have after hours, call

Appointments:
Your appointment is reserved just for
you. We respect your time and make every effort to
stay on schedule.
If you must reschedule your appointment, we request a
minimum of 24 hours notice so that your reserved time
may be given to another patient in need of care.

Your first visit to our office will consist of a
complete oral examination. We'll also ask that you take a
moment to fill out several general information forms, which will
become part of your records or you may download them from
this website and fill them out prior to your arrival.
We
will take any necessary x-rays and perform other tests
that may be needed to make a complete diagnosis of the
condition of your mouth, teeth and gums. We will then be
able to determine the treatment that may be required.
